We are a harm reduction program currently offering syringe access and disposal,
other safer drug using and safer sex supplies, overdose prevention and Naloxone
Distribution, HIV, Hep C and STI testing, counseling, and referrals
through two locations and a mobile unit.
Harm Reduction is an evidence-based public health approach to reducing death and disease and increasing positive health outcomes.
Our services are contracted by the MA Dept of Public Health.

All services are free, confidential, and funded by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health.
We welcome walk-ins, but recommend calling to make a testing appointment.
