LOVE + COMMUNITY
The North Shore Health Project (NSHP), founded in 1988, was created by friends and loved ones to offer support for individuals affected by the HIV/AIDS epidemic.
Over the years, NSHP has expanded its services, now including harm reduction services through the ONESTOP Program which provides syringe exchange, access to health services, client advocacy, overdose prevention, Naloxone distribution, free HIV/HCV/STI testing, and LGBTQ+ health support
